This website is operated by MetaTech Co., Ltd. (“MetaTech”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand, registration number [registration number], with its registered office at [registered office address], Bangkok, Thailand.

For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at kangvangent@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

This policy covers this website and the enquiries that reach us through it. It does not cover the separate websites we have built for clients — those are operated by the clients themselves and are governed by their own privacy policies, even where our work is shown in our portfolio.

This site has no contact form, no sign-up, no account and no newsletter. Nothing is collected from you as you read it.

We only receive personal data when you choose to start a conversation, using one of the channels published on the site:

• Email — your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write to us.
• Telephone — your phone number and what is discussed on the call.
• LINE — your LINE display name and profile picture, plus your messages. The LINE platform itself is operated by LY Corporation under its own privacy policy.

Please send us only what is needed to answer your enquiry. There is no need to include sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not.

We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell data.

Two things do still happen, as they do for any website:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser and operating system — to serve the site and to keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.
• Local storage. When you switch between English and Thai, the site saves that single choice in your browser under the key orbit.lang. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and holds nothing but the word en or th. It is a functional preference, not a tracking cookie. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

This site sets no cookies.

To display the site, your browser requests some files from third parties. Those providers necessarily see your IP address and basic request data, because that is how the file reaches you. We send them nothing else about you.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces the site is set in.
• jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the animation library the site uses.

Each is governed by its own privacy policy. If you would prefer these requests not to leave your browser at all, a content blocker will stop them; the site remains readable without them.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”), we rely on the following:

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project — necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To deliver and administer work we have been engaged for — performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the site available and secure — our legitimate interest in operating the service and preventing abuse.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

Where we ever rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; that does not affect processing already carried out.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to:

• Service providers acting for us — hosting, email and similar infrastructure, processing data on our instructions and under a duty of confidentiality.
• Professional advisers — accountants or lawyers, where genuinely needed.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to, or to establish and defend legal claims.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as the conversation is live, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records connected to work we have delivered are kept for as long as the engagement requires and then for the period Thai accounting and tax law obliges us to. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the PDPA, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy of it;
• correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete it, or restrict how we use it;
• transfer it to another controller, where technically feasible;
• object to processing we base on legitimate interests;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Write to kangvangent@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframe the PDPA sets. We may need to verify who you are first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people at MetaTech who need it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — though no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Some of the providers above operate infrastructure outside Thailand, so your data may be processed abroad. Where that happens we take the steps the PDPA requires to ensure an adequate level of protection.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Where a change is significant we will say so clearly on the site.
